Recently returned from an unforgettable 9-day Colombia Express tour with G-Adventures, our travel advisor Leah shares the highlights of this vibrant country. From Bogota’s sweeping views via cable car to the graffiti-filled streets of the city’s Grafiti District, Colombia is a feast for the eyes and soul. A visit to coffee and cocoa farms in Armenia offered hands-on experiences, from picking beans to enjoying a “spa treatment” cocoa facial. The towering wax palms in Cocora Valley, which inspired Disney’s *Encanto*, and the colorful streets of Salento added to the adventure, while the traditional game of Tejo and the energetic atmosphere of Comuna 13 in Medellin showcased the local culture.
