🎆🎆Wow, What a show! Thank you to our friends at Marcopolo Campground for tonight’s fireworks show. Happy Labour Day Weekend everyone!

It’s been a BUSY season this year! We would like to say thanks to all of our guests and especially our amazing team! We couldn't have done it without you! 🥰

An emergency outage is required to safely make repairs at the Bagnall Rd. Substation due to a copper theft. The outage will be from 3:30 p.m. to approximately 5 p.m. in the following communities: North Rustico, Cavendish, Rustico, Stanley Bridge, New Glasgow, Mayfield, Bayview, St Ann, Wheatley River, Hope River, St. Patricks, Rennies Rd, Millvale, Toronto, Hunter River and surrounding areas.

Deepest condolences to our neighbour in Cavendish in light of the recent tragic events. Our thoughts are with the families, friends, and communities affected at this difficult time. Our hearts go out to you.

RCMP investigating fatal fire
Queens District RCMP is investigating a fatal fire that occurred at a cottage on Route 6 in Cavendish.
At approximately 5:40 a.m. this morning, Queens District RCMP, the New Glasgow Fire Department, North Rustico Fire Department, and EMS responded to a report of a cottage fire on Route 6 in Cavendish. Upon arrival, RCMP officers discovered that a structure was fully engulfed in flames. Three people who escaped the fire were injured, one with serious injuries. Once the fire was extinguished by the fire departments, human remains of one person were discovered inside.
The scene was held by the RCMP and the investigation is ongoing.
The investigation is being assisted by the PEI Fire Marshal’s Office, the PEI Coroner’s Office, and RCMP Forensic Identification Services.
Our thoughts are with the victim’s family at this difficult time.

Today marks our official end of the 2023 season. 🥹
Our pool reno project started taking place on the property just last week. We want to take this time to THANK ALL of our guests for staying with us in 2023, as well as all of our staff members for all the hard works to make this another successful season. We look forward to welcoming you back in 2024. We will reconcile all existing reservations on the books for 2024 by mid-November.
