We are located on the south shore surrounded by stunning ocean views across Pownal Bay & the Northumberland Strait. Close to everything - the best beaches, Charlottetown, shopping, restaurants, and all kinds of fun activities. The screened in porch is the perfect place to take in the ocean and field views with your morning coffee, chill and read a book in the breeze, or have a BBQ and lobster feast by sunset. Newly renovated, 4 bedrooms - sleeps 8 - and pet friendly.

The Island is warming up! The boardwalk in Charlottetown is open. Only 15 minutes from our vacation home. Tons of excellent food options, shopping and activities. Make sure to get a COWs ice cream!

Looking for the perfect PEI experience? Look no further! Our family home is located on the southern shore of the Island, overlooking Pownal Bay with stunning views of red sand and the Atlantic ocean. We are 5 minutes away from Tea Hill beach, 10 minutes from shopping and restaurants, and 15 minutes from Charlottetown. If you want to venture further - in a half hour you can be on the east shore or head the other way and take a tour to the north shore.

Newly renovated, Pownal Bay Greenwood vacation home has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8 people but can accommodate more), 2 bathrooms, spacious kitchen and dining room, plus living room and a screened in porch to take in the views.

Check it out! $425 per night, plus $250 cleaning fee and $500 security deposit. We are taking bookings starting in July - and might be open the last week of June. We are also happy to give you tips and our fave Island activities for your vacation itinerary. Private message us if you are interested.
