For this exclusive PEI International Shellfish Festival Signature experience, we've combined our two most popular seafood experiences, our Mussel and Lobster Shore Boil and Beachcomber's Clam Boil into one INCREDIBLE shellfish fiesta we like to call the "Seafood Safari." You'll start out foraging along the shore of the beautiful Boughton River harvesting the bounty of the sea….quahogs (hard-shelled clams), soft-shelled clams, oysters and anything else edible you find will go into the pot. Then gather around the outdoor table, learn all about how our famous Island Blue mussels are produced and then rip into a mussel sock brought in straight from the river. You'll sort out the mussels so they can be cleaned for cooking. Dinner will be all the shellfish gathered from the shore along with the fresh mussels.
