One 3 bedroom open concept cottage on our property on beautiful East Lake in Prince Edward County Ontario.
10 minutes from Sandbanks Provincial Park.

Beautiful and quiet location of main roads. Price is 1400 per week in July and August OPEN MAY 1 – OCTOBER 30
(winter dates can be accommodated with prior notice)

Sleeps 6 unless otherwise arranged (additional charges apply)
3 Queen Size beds w/ armoires in two bedrooms and dresser in the third
Full kitchen with all amenities
Full 4 piece bath

ITEMS INCLUDED:
Satellite TV/V

Dishes/pots/kitchen essentials (coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, microwave etc.) Water cooler with bottled water
Bathroom tissue, dish cloths, dish towels and cleaning supplies. Comforter on each bed with pillows
Propane BBQ (propane included)
Patio furniture and umbrella
Woodstove and outside fire pit with wood supplied
Docking Facilities (PWC’s not welcome)
Parking for two vehicles
Daypass to Sandbanks Provincial Park for 1 car
4 kayaks and a canoe with life jackets

THINGS TO BRING:
Bed linens, bath and beach towels. Fishing gear and a camera for the beautiful sunsets. RATES:
July and August: $1200.00 week. Weekly rentals only. Off season: May-June and Sept-October the night/weekend rate is $180.00/night. TERMS:
Etranster or cash only
Summer bookings (July and August) are from Saturday 3pm to Saturday 10am
A $200.00 deposit will hold your booking. Rental payment is due in full 30 days prior to arrival date. Premises are always expected to be vacated in the condition they are provided. No pets please (we love animals, but must accommodate people with allergies)
No smoking (please keep it outside on the deck!)

Looking for a last minute Labour's Day weekend getaway? Come on in on Friday night and stay till Monday! Or choose Saturday to Monday. 3 bedroom open concept living area four pce bath. Beautiful waterfront property close to Sandbanks Provincial Park. Pass included along with private fire pit and wood, kayaks and a canoe to use too. Long weekend rate is 250 per night.

PLEASE SHARE EVERYONE. Only two weeks left. July 27 to August 3 and August 24 to 31st. Newly renovated 3 bedroom 1 bath waterfront cottage located on East Lake outside of Cherry Valley Ontario.
Price is $1400 per week all inclusive.
What we supply
Propane bbq, patio furniture, private firepit with wood included, 5 kayaks and a canoe you are welcome to use with life jackets in all sizes. Dock with boat launch for fishing boats and docking available. Day pass for 1 car to Sandbanks Provincial Park. (about a 7 minute drive)
Kitchen outfitted with all you will need..coffee maker microwave toaster lots of dishes etc. 1- 20 L bottle of water. (our water is safe to use make coffee, cook with and drink but some people don't like well water) Dish towels and cloths. Bathroom tissue etc.
What to bring:
Sheets for 3 queen size beds.( All beds have matress covers with comforter and pillows with shams)
Bath and beach towels
A fishing pole and camera for the amazing sunsets.

We have been working super hard to complete the new siding and front post and beam entrance. We have weeks in July still available and all will be complete and beautiful by next weekend. So excited for the new look. Please share friends. More updated photos to come tomorrow.

Update for weeks available. We are getting inquiries weekly. We have a few weeks in July and the last week of August available. We will be starting on our outside face-lift and beautiful new entranceway once Mother nature permits. Keep checking in for updates.

Happy 2023 everyone! We are again offering our cottage for rent from May to October. The rate is the same as last year. 1200 per week in high season. Message us for nightly rates in spring and fall. We will be working hard to upgrade the outside of the cottage this spring and will post photos as we progress. As always please call for availability. We have some July and August weeks still available.

We have July 9-13 open and August 13-20 as well. Amazing deal for this coming week in beautiful Prince Edward County! $1000.00 for the week or if you prefer a shorter stay we can accommodate at $150 per night. If you choose August week it is $1200 for the week. You will not be disappointed!
