We are offering early morning departures from now until August 19 on our half and short day interpretive hikes to beat the hear for groups of two or more.
Start times can be customized from as early as 6:30 for a cool hike to:

• Moul Falls with option to walk behind the falls 4 hours - meet at Moul Falls trailhead) $89; children under 14 $44.50
• Waterfalls Tour – Beautiful short walks including the big three: Spahats, Dawson and Hemlcken Falls 4 hours. $89; children under 14 $44.50
• West Lake Loop – just the best valley trail in the Park from various pickups 5.5 hours. $120; children under 14 $60

Small groups from 2-8 people. Meet at trailheads or transportation for up to 4 people in SUV. Snacks provided. Children under 5 free!

As the rivers fill with spring runoff we look forward to opening Discover Wells Gray later this spring/summer once the pandemic restrictions ease. Email us to be updated on summer and fall availability of physically distanced (but still social!) hikes for small groups. No cancellation fees outside 48hours and free rebooking.

I discovered this rare phenomenon of a snow roller or snow donut on the Adams Lake Road on February 3. These only occur with very specific conditions of moisture, snow and temperature, and in this case gravity having formed by rolling down a steep bank. The closer image shows a pen for scale – it was about 52cm in diameter.
