We at Robert Q hope you are staying safe, well, and healthy! We understand canceling a well-earned and deserved vacation is not ideal, in fact, it's just AWFUL!
We have been very busy processing your cancellations and submitting insurance claims on your behalf should you have purchased it.
If you fall into this category, we ask for your patience in receiving your confirmation and claim decision from Manulife.
The insurance company received as many claims in two weeks that they normally receive in a full year. this means it WILL take some time for them to be processed properly.
Rest assured, we are here to help! 95% of claims have been submitted, and like yourselves, we are awaiting confirmation. It is always our first priority to make sure your health, safety, and financial investment come first.
Once we submit your claim, ALL communications, payments, and decisions are at the discretion of the insurance company.
We ask at this time, for your continued patience, and thank you in advance for understanding this process will take longer than normal.
Please also note that if you are not satisfied with the insurance company's decision we are here to help you with the appeal process as well. NEVER HESITATE to contact us with your questions or concerns.

Air Italy, the low cost carrier set to fly between Toronto and Milan this summer, has shut down and ceased operations. It is unclear yet whether they will be refunding or whether passengers will have to file a claim through TICO – a lengthy process

This underlines why we recommend established airlines for our clients – they may be a bit more expensive but at least you get what you pay for!!
