Built in the early 1950's this modernized home offers a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, full bathroom with a tub/shower and a comfortable open plan living space on the main level. A washer and dryer in the basement, along with a small 1/2 bath and access to the garden.
Off street parking for 2 vehicles, a leafy enclosed garden with a firepit. The rear deck offers space to dine or relax in the afternoon sun.
Driftwood lamps, created by the owners, light the main living area with a soft inviting glow.
High speed internet and TV.
English and french spoken.
Located in a quiet area in townsite Corner Brook, close to local micro breweries, bars and restaurants. 2 minutes from Western Memorial Hospital and Margaret Bowater Park. Marble mountain and snowmobile trailhead is only 10 minutes by car.
