WestJet has cancelled a number of flights in anticipation of a possible strike by aircraft maintenance workers on Thursday. Around 6,500 travellers have been impacted. This was a necessary decision by WestJet in order to park aircraft in a safe and organized way.

Disneyland with a Toddler? It may just be the most magical experience! ✨
I just got back from Disneyland after a very quick trip down to experience it with my daughter for her 2nd birthday.
Some may call us crazy for taking a toddler to Disney , especially for such a short amount of time, but it was well worth it! Disneyland is the perfect size with a toddler. There is so much to do and with two parks right across the plaza from each other, the ease at which you can hop to the other park (with a park hopper pass) made things even easier as we could start exploring a new area, go to the other park for some of our favourite rides and then go back to the other park for evening entertainment.

My daughter was able to ride a lot of rides but there were also great locations to slow down a little bit. We loved watching the parades and seeing all the characters that are out and about around the parks, riding the railway or splashing around in Donald’s Duck Pond (a perfect cool down in the mid-afternoon heat!)

I have experienced Disney Parks before and every time it is a magical experience but seeing it through my daughter’s eyes brought a new meaning to the magic! The amount of joy she shared made the entire trip for us. I highly recommend taking your kids – no matter their age!
