Single day tickets go on sale Saturday, February 1, 2025 at 10am MT at tickets.cranbrook.ca. Tickets for Friday, August 8 are $85. Tickets for Saturday, August 9 are $105.75 and tickets for Sunday, August 10, 2025 are $95.50. The next few weeks will be the best time to buy single day tickets as early bird pricing is limited.

Please remember that when you are purchasing concert tickets online to any of our shows at Western Financial Place now and in the future, you are strongly encouraged to purchase directly from the City of Cranbrook, and not third-party resellers or websites. If any tickets are not purchased directly from us, we are not able to help you with the legitimacy of the purchase/tickets, refunds, extra fees paid, transfer or re-print of lost tickets.

Here’s a roundup of the best outdoor rinks in Cranbrook and area. What’s your favourite?

🏒 🥅 Idlewild Park | 34th ave & 9th St S�Enjoy skating on the maintained reservoir while in close proximity to sledding, disc golf course, picnic shelter and fire pits.

🏒 🥅 Baker Park | 122 14th Ave S�Only 4 blocks from downtown, Baker Park is home to two outdoor ice-rinks, one for public ice-skating and the other rink for hockey. 🏒 🥅 These rinks are illuminated in the evenings until 10:00 pm.

🏒 🥅 Pop Price Park | Briar Ave NW�The newest public skating rink located by Bridge Interiors and will be illuminated in the evenings until 10:00 pm.

🏒 🥅 Wasa | Wasa School Road�The Pete Vereshagen Memorial Rink is worth the drive out of town. The facility includes proper rink boards, overhead lights for night skating, and an adjacent structure for changing into and out of skates, complete with a fire pit.

Exciting to have another camping option for visitors this summer.

Booking will soon be open for the new Wycliffe Regional Park Campground.

There will be 20 unserviced seasonal campsites as part of an effort to continue to offer an exceptional recreational experience to the public, provide more local camping options, and enhance local amenities.

Booking will open at 8 AM on February 15 for the new campground, which is scheduled to open on May 15, 2025.

There will be 12 tenting or smaller trailer sites (max trailer length 18 feet), and 8 pull-through sites (max trailer length 32 feet). These sites will be open mid-May through September annually.

Fees will be $30 per site/day/camping party and the maximum stay is limited to 14 days per calendar year.

Wycliffe Regional Park has a wide range of amenities, including hiking and biking trails, picnic areas, horseshoe pits, ball fields, disc golf, and fire pits.

Our outdoor rinks at Baker Park & Pop Price are still getting their winter makeover! 11 acts for ‘Rock the Kootenays 2025’ have been officially announced for the weekend concert series, set for Friday, August 8 through Sunday, August 10, 2025 in .

Acts announced in alphabetical order include: 54-40, Colin James, Five Man Electrical Band, Haywire, Honeymoon Suite, Men Without Hats, Odds, Saga, Streetheart, Sweet, and The Trews. The full weekend schedule of who is playing when, will be announced in January 2025, with daily tickets going on sale as well. All tickets are fully refundable up until January when the weekend schedule is announced. Tickets are on sale now at tickets.cranbrook.ca.
