A winter wonderland with a view! ❄️🏔️ Mount Becher is a local favourite for a reason, offering stunning panoramas and a rewarding trek through the snow.

📸's by hikewithsteph (on Instagram) shares: "This might be my favourite winter hike on Vancouver Island! 🤩 A couple of friends and I (recently) hiked Mt. Becher, and the views did not disappoint! We were lucky because the trail is hard-packed and icy right now, so we didn't have to wear snowshoes. I was originally going to bring them until I read recent reviews on AllTrails recommending to wear microspikes only.
If you attempt this hike in the snow, check recent reviews and the Avalanche forecast before you go!"
