Sapele is an excellent (and more cost efficient) alternative to WRC for exterior millwork. Available in all thicknesses/widths and mills beautifully.

Painted, stained or with a natural finish, Sapele will stand the test of time while exposed to the elements.

Sapele is also a great choice for interior millwork just as the T&G shown here is intended.

At the heart of it all is our Tooling Room, here’s a glimpse. After every moulding set up the moulder and shaper heads are disassembled and along with the profile knives are thoroughly cleaned before being stored away. Cabinetry is organized and customized to ensure every head and profile knife (approximately 2500) has a specific place.
