A hand-picked blend of Nova Scotian apples. This is their foundation, pressed in the Annapolis Valley and slow-fermented in Halifax. This cider is aromatic, balanced, and dry with subtle tannins. They only use 100% fresh local juice and never, ever use concentrate. They simply polish that pure apple flavour.
