Throwback Thursday....to a Thursday about 18-20 years ago! 😲The original owners completed a significant amount of work to the home, including an overhaul to convert the cottage from summer use to 4 season! ☀️🍂❄️🌧A lot more than just a foundation has been done to the Mallard’s Haven over the years as you can see, and many more changes are still to come! 🛠But sometimes it’s nice to look back on what used to be, and how far a place like this has come! 🏡

A bit about the owners! The Mallard’s Haven is a family owned and operated business. 👨‍👩‍👦 James (middle) purchased the property in June 2020 and oversees daily operations. Lori (right) is our assistant operations manager and co-host. Rick (left) is our property manager and maintenance man. Cairo (bottom left) is our friendly black lab and greeter. He can usually be found laying around in the sun and chewing on a bone 🐶Together we ensure everything runs smoothly and guests are comfortable with everything they need! ☺️

Some things just go better together...like a gazebo and summertime!🍹Our beautiful hand crafted gazebo is a huge hit with our guests. It provides shade on those hot summer days ☀️, protection on those rainy days 🌧and a view that is second to none! 🌅
