After careful consideration and feedback, Limo Tours has made the decision to alter our Tour de Shambhala experience, to a simplified tour bus trip, with camp-gear & goodies as an add-on.

As a group of multi-year Shambhala attendees, crew and artists ourselves, we take the comments and feedback from the community very seriously, and want to respect everyone who makes the journey to the farm each year. With growing concern about the commodification, monetization and departure of Shambhala from its grassroots origins, as well as the increased competition for space and resources on the farm, we have decided to scale back the vision for our trip to Shambhala.

From the outset the perception was that it was going to be an all-out super exclusive style trip. The intention was not to be an elitist journey/camp, but to offer a new, and exciting way to pull a group of people together to travel, camp and experience the festival with less work for the individual & offering all-in-one options for people travelling from abroad or further out of town, who may want/need the extras that are not easy to deal with on limited time trips (camp gear/food etc). As well, the space and carbon footprint of one bus vs 20 vehicles, is quite a positive.

That being said, we have heard all the feedback and are now brining the Limo Tour to Shambhala as a transport with DJ’s Dreadnought and Rezidnt Funk, and the option to add-on your camp gear as an extra. We are very much looking forward to seeing everyone on the farm, meeting people and letting everyone see the bus and what we’re all about!
