Like many of the clinics who use ChiroSUITE Software, our focus is not just the bottom dollar, it IS about making a difference! We provide free daily

group training sessions, online private training for just your clinic at your convenience, and for those who prefer that personal face to face experience, we offer onsite training as well! We want to make a difference for front desk staff, ChiroSUITE ensures chiropractic assistants have all the information they need at their fingertips to make them look like a rockstar.. :)

Unlike our competitors, our support staff have been on the front lines in clinics & know the value of getting someone on the phone for support with the ability to understand the issue from their perspective!

We wish everyone a Merry Christmas and hope you'll get to spend time with loved ones. Reminder support is closed between Sat Dec 23rd & Mon Jan 1st. We are back in the office at 8:30a on Jan 2nd. Please check your email for rollover notifications before giving us a call. Emergency support will be available the whole week as usual :)

One of the biggest "Rollovers" of the year happens on July 1st for Seniors with Blue Cross coverage in Alberta. Do you know how to handle rollovers in your office? If you're not sure, go to our [KB] site and search "Rollover". Note: If you are one of our clinics who has moved to our new v5 update, your Payors that were set up to Rollover, should now 'Auto-Rollover'. When you first logon, you should see a message pop-up indicating that the 'Auto-Rollover Process is in progress'. It should process within 15 seconds. If for some reason it is taking longer, try logging out and logging back in. This should resolve any issues. As always, we are here for you to help you through this.
