On my way to Puerto Vallarta, I made a rookie mistake, we had a lay over in Vancouver (those who have booked with me know I don’t generally recommend layovers, but we needed to make sure my husband could fly without getting an unbearable headache and ‘stuck’ in Vancouver is better than being on a 6+ hour flight. ✈️ After confirming we would transfer our bags because of the 19 hour layover, we arrived to no bags on the luggage carousel, so no bathroom amenities, etc….. Moral of my story, if you have a long lay over, always pack that carry on as if you aren’t getting your checked luggage until you reach your destination 💖✈️🏝️
