Our Flight Coordination department is seeking a full time Jetdesk Specialist for our team. The Jetdesk operates as the hub between our corporate clients and flight operations. Jetdesk Specialists are responsible for all client related trip planning and services provisioning. Providing exemplary customer service to both our corporate clients and internal stakeholders is a key component of this unique role.

This workplace is located at the Edmonton International Airport (YEG) and requires a person with the ability to work varying shifts occurring between 6am and 10pm. This is a hybrid work environment. We offer parking, a full benefit package and a company pension plan and three weeks of vacation.

Aurora Jet Partners is proud to have supported the Okanagan Dream Rally again this year. the Dream Rally is a charitable event that has raised millions of dollars for the Ronald McDonald House Charities. The rally pairs up dream cars with local kids as "co-pilots" with a variety of serious physical and developmental challenges.
