Our 2025 bookings are rolling in! 📆

We welcome our first guests of the season when the ice is out on Bay Lake and we can turn the water back on. Usually the second week of May. Our Airbnb calendar shows the availability but we welcome booking direct with us to avoid the extra fees. Email [email protected] to inquire.

Our Zoning Bylaw Amendment has finally been approved after waiting 2 years. Now we can apply for a building permit IF we wanted too but we are currently full steam ahead on the Trott Lakehouse build.

Things work out the way they are supposed to. We are trusting God’s plan. We will eventually build here. Just not sure when!

Our purple kitchen 💜

We try to outfit the kitchen so you are not lacking anything for your stay. We offer coffee (from Costa Rica!), tea, sugar, spices, S&P, olive oil, and flour for pizza making. Clean tea towels, wash cloths, sponges, paper towels, and all cleaners. We have a drip coffee maker, French press and Pedrini espresso maker pot. The fridge and microwave are wiped out after every guest and the sink must shine. We take the garbage so you don’t have to smell it in your car and our glassware is water spot free ✨

It was a priority for us to have a queen bed and not a double. So while it may be a tight squeeze space for some, it’s a great night sleep for everyone! Our mattress here is more comfortable than our one at home and protected by a breathable, bamboo mattress and pillow protectors that we wash after EVERY guest stay.
