It’s that time of year again!!! 🚫🦟🚫 When saves the season with mosquito and tick control for our cottage and guests! The ONLY company we trust in the Muskoka area to spray professionally and ethically. It does not harm people, pets or pollinators!! If you have questions about mosquito spraying call Andrew and get outside. Summer at the cottage is so short. Get rid of the mozzies! 🚫🦟🚫

Our purple kitchen 💜

We try to outfit the kitchen so you are not lacking anything for your stay. We offer coffee (from Costa Rica!), tea, sugar, spices, S&P, olive oil, and flour for pizza making. Clean tea towels, wash cloths, sponges, paper towels, and all cleaners. We have a drip coffee maker, French press and Pedrini espresso maker pot. The fridge and microwave are wiped out after every guest and the sink must shine. We take the garbage so you don’t have to smell it in your car and our glassware is water spot free ✨

Come experience a 5 star cottage getaway at MB. June is now open and we had a cancellation in August.

It was a priority for us to have a queen bed and not a double. So while it may be a tight squeeze space for some, it’s a great night sleep for everyone! Our mattress here is more comfortable than our one at home and protected by a breathable, bamboo mattress and pillow protectors that we wash after EVERY guest stay.

The floor refinish and painting continues at MB in anticipation of our 2024 rental season! I think it’s important to show the ugly stuff as well as the pretty photos. A lot goes into hosting when you are hands on home hoteliers like us! 💁🏼‍♀️💁🏻‍♂️ We want everything to be perfect for our paying guests. This is an old cabin! It takes work to keep it up to our standards.

🗓️ SEPTEMBER NOW OPEN 🗓️

We’ve decided to open September for bookings as we will not be tearing down the cabin YET. Plans changed in Costa Rica (follow for more) and we are building on our lot there first! So guests can continue to enjoy all day sun on the dock AND swimming well into September! No bugs!

And just like that 🫰🏼 we are booked solid for summer 2024! You guys and gals wanting to come here for the first time and those coming BACK again, warms our hearts! Thank you for choosing MB for your summer vacation. You won’t be disappointed because we will do everything in our power to make sure that doesn’t happen. Brad and I are 100% hands on our cottage rental and the only ones doing the cleaning 💁🏼‍♀️💁🏻‍♂️ If you need anything at all, WE are who you call!

Today was perfection. A great long weekend Sunday spent on the water. Our friends Deklan, @ashley_thebarbelles.ca & @mattmoore.88 showed up with enthusiasm and our first housewarming gift - vino! (they know us well 🍷) Matt immediately went to work on our porch roof that came down a couple weeks ago and we didn't know what to do with 😬 (Seriously, thank you for dissolving that arguement 🙄) Deklan sported his birthday prezzie Erin bought him to match her yellow pants and denim shirt she always wears #twinning. . .
