YOU - Meh, heard it in Fernie before. What else do you have?
FCR - Glad you asked, as we've stepped up our game. We also have brand new staff housing for you. Super cheap and comfy.
YOU - Yikes, probably pretty nasty accoms with bugs and spiders everywhere.
FCR - Nope you are totally wrong. Just built in December 2023 with incredible views of Mt. Fernie, with a massive balcony, huge kitchen, comfy living room, gorgeous bathrooms/bedrooms, with A/C to keep you super comfy. Yup, that is how we roll. Check out the pix.
YOU - That sounds great, but I am sure you pay next to nothing without benefits.
FCR - WRONG. Start at $21 -$23 per hour based on how awesome you are. Hey, let's throw in great health care benefits as soon as you walk in the door. Let's throw in a $1 bonus per hour worked once you stay with us for the season. We are busy and need great workers who hate drama and like working hard.
YOU - WHOA. That is crazy and didn't expect you guys to be awesome.
FCR - Yeah, I know we are awesome LOL... what is taking you so long to apply?

We never get tired of this... Airbnb SuperHosts once again. Over the last 3 months 172 Stays, 4.8/5 stars, 0% cancellation rate and 100% response rate. During these incredibly difficult times, our staff have gone above and beyond to keep our standards the highest. We can't be prouder of Diana, who is the best online agent (guests love her), Cindy, our in-house sales specialist (guests love her too), our house cleaners and laundry staff who have worked tirelessly to exceed our guests' expectations.
