Today is the day when new BC laws come into effect for property owners that have short-term rentals in the province. This is on-top of the new RDEK and Invermere STR license requirements that have recently been introduced. It's been quite the task to ensure our 300+ properties across the East Kootenay region in BC are compliant but we did it, and our municipalities are complementary of our compliance...
