Below you will find what is included in your rental cost. Our lifted golf cart ๐ is included. There is a $500 security deposit for the rental of the golf cart and a $500 security deposit for the rental of the unit. Only one $500 deposit is due upon booking to secure your spot. Once the unit and cart are seen to be returned to its original condition the deposits will be promptly returned. The remaining fees are due one month prior to rental date. and send proof of valid drivers license upon booking.
Maximum occupancy is 8 people (any age). Individual renters must be over the age of 25. This means if the renters are not a family travelling with their children, every person on the reservation must be over 25. Sherkston reserves the right to refuse entry to guests if this condition is not met. Fun Plex passes can be purchased in person at the Welcome Centre upon arrival.
