Update on our last charter *** The only way to describe the day is total chaos!! Our guest were hoping to hook a Shark , or at the very least , see one , but little did they know it would turn out to be the craziest , hard hitting , action packed day The Shark Co. crew has ever seen !!!! At first we had a lone Blue shark cruise in and take the deep bait which ended shortly after with a pulled hook . We freshened up the baits and set up again and within' the hour there were Sharks circling the boat all around ! Too many to count even ! Our guest were constantly getting double headers with a shark hooked on each rod and by the time the 7th shark came aboard the boat , all science taken and released back into the water , both the guest and crew were exhausted. You couldn't wipe the smiles off our faces tho ! And yes , you read correctly , 7 SHARKS landed in one day , along with another 3 hook ups that resulted in pulled hooks and broken lines !! This smashed all records of our previous fishing trips by double ! The Blue sharks are here , in outrageous numbers . Our first charter of the year was a great success ! We started a little earlier in the year than we normally would with our amazing guest from Ontario . We had high hopes of hooking a big Porbeagle , and we did just that !! At around the 3 hour mark we see this big guy burning his way up the chum slick and right for us . He gave our guest quite the show as he circled us for what seemed like forever before making a deep dive and hammering one of the hooks !! At 9 feet , this guy was no walk in the park to contain on a rod , but our guest were troopers, especially our littlest guest to date , Colton! It was an incredible day we'll never forget . From the bottom of our hearts here at The Shark Co. , thanks for believing in us, thanks for the memories ! 🦈

Hey All! I realize its been awhile since you've all heard from us, but as you can see by the name change and Logo that we've been extremely busy! We have decided to change the former name (Blue shark Fishing Charters) to , simply put, "The Shark Co." . We are extremely excited to share all the news and everything thats up and coming for the 2017 season , and to let everyone know that yes, The Shark Co., is now taking bookings for the 2017 season, and just let us say, the Shark numbers here in our Newfoundland waters are off the charts this year! We are already a few charters in and the landing records have been staggering. We will be uploading pictures of our trips very soon as well as a video that was shot on our last trip out!
