✋You have been warned: Disney’s Coronado Springs will absolutely draw you in and win you over with charm, history and fantastic food! In December I was fortunate to do some resort tours during my agent education program and Disney’s Coronado Springs was one of the resorts we visited. While we toured the whole resort (and loved all of it) I was in awe of the Gran Destino Tower. This new building is named for the 2003 Disney animated short Destino, which began as a 1946 collaboration between Walt Disney and surrealist painter Salvador Dali. You will find these influences pulled into your room with warm tones contrasting crisp linens and that signature millwork style. Disney’s Coronado Springs has a variety of room categories to suit families of all sizes. The Deluxe Suite with Club Access in the Gran Destino Tower (in the video) was a personal favourite. ✨ #WaltDisneyWorld #grandestinotower #coronadosprings

Staying here offers boat transportation to Magic Kingdom, multiple room category options to fit (almost) everyone, the dazzling Copper Creek Springs pool (with 67-foot water slide) and incredible dining options.

3️⃣ Early Theme Park Entry guests are typically allowed INTO the park even before that. This time will vary based on the day.

“I’ve waited MONTHS for this trip, planned everything out, bought Genie +, woke up early, booked my lightning lanes and now the attraction is down?!”
First…breathe.
Next…💾 SAVE this so you remember what to do when you’re at the parks.
Here are the three ways this could go:
1️⃣ If you have a Lightning Lane reserved and the attraction closes during your redemption window and you have NOT already scanned in at the entrance, you will receive a multi-experience pass.
A multi-experience pass is essentially an open Lightning Lane reservation that can be redeemed on one of many attractions at the park (you will see these populated in your My Disney Experience app) in which you are located or to which you are park-hopping.
2️⃣ If you HAVE already scanned in to use your Lightning Lane and the attraction closes, walk to the closest Guest Relations kiosk where a cast member can assist you with adding a multi-experience pass to your account. Cast Members will often be stationed near the closed attraction to assist.
3️⃣ What if you bought an individual ⚡️lightning lane?
If your Individual Lightning Lane reservation occurs while the ride is closed you will receive an experience pass for that specific attraction. This will allow you entrance to the Lightning Lane queue at any time during regular park hours once the attraction reopens.
If the attraction is closed for the remainder of the day and does not reopen during normal park hours, speak to any guest relations Cast Member to assist you with a refund.
🚨you must read this🚨 If you leave the park before the attraction reopens, but it DOES reopen before closing, a refund will likely not be granted.
Most importantly! Treat the Cast Members with kindness during ride closures. While ride closures are often temporary and brief, no one wants them to happen. Cast Members work diligently to keep everyone safe, informed and happy so be patient with them w
