Mufasa: The Lion King is out in theatres today!

Thanks to Disney Canada I was lucky to see the movie earlier this week and it was really good! If you can, go see it in IMAX, that really made the experience.

However, I do recommend this for older kids (8-10+) as there were some scenes that might be scary and/or sad to younger ones.

One of the things I love about Disney are their amazing food offerings. This is not just typical theme park food that you may think of.

Nachos are a great example! You can of course find your regular nacho options with guacamole, cheese or salsa but if you want an explosion of flavour these are some great options and a couple of my personal favourites.

Chip Disney’s Animal Kingdom has Ahi Tuna Nachos from Yak and Yeti Restaurant. This has Sushi grade Ahi tuna, Asian slaw, crispy fried wontons, wasabi aioli with a sweet soy glaze.

Next up is Captain Cook's Pulled Pork Nachos at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. This comes with cheese, spicy mayo, pico de gallo and pineapple salsa.

Both are sooo good! What’s your favourite nacho topping?

The fun aboard Halloween on the High Seas is non-stop with happenings such as Mickey’s Mouse-querade Party! This is a lively costume party that invites guests of all ages to dress up and dance alongside Disney characters in their Halloween best.
