We're trying something new this year. We converted the ground floor foyer into a bedroom with a single over double bunk bed, which will leave the upstairs living area freed up for larger parties (unless you want to sleep on the comfy sofa bed). We await your feedback....

Sechelt Forest Fire July 14, 2015. UPDATE 10:20am. BC Wildfire Service has command of the site. The estimated size of the fire is 400 hectares with 75% containment. The focus of the efforts is to get to 100% containment. Residents may continue to see smoke rising from the fire. A perimetre guard has been created around the fire. Dakota Ridge

Fantastic conditions on the hill today. Christina and Steve, came all the way from Victoria, BC, specifically to go snowshoeing on Dakota Ridge today. And, former multi year Dakota Ridge Trail Host volunteer Birgit was our first visitor. Their smiles say it all.
