This fully furnished condo can be rented as a 3 bedroom, or the attached studio can be rented separately as can the luxurious 2 bedroom. Each contain built in closets, sitting areas, balcony, high speed Wi-Fi, refrigerator/freezer, electric range, microwave and when renting the

3 or 2 bedroom option, a washer and dryer. The amenities are plentiful for your stay, including the rooftop infinity pool, bar and gym. There is a clinic, pharmacy and bank at the Marina, and you can drive or take the four minute walk to Playa Flamingo Beach for excellent swimming or water activity fun. From surfing and boogie boarding to deep sea fishing and catamaran cruises there's no shortage of activities. We can help you arrange deep sea fishing, snorkeling and island hopping tours and will provide you with a resource guide for your stay. The near-by Reserva Conchal is a Robert Trent Jones ll designed golf course course and the championship course at Hacienda Pinilla is also a favorite for those wanting to practice their game. Santa Rosa National Park and Palo Verde Ecological Reserve are close by for more adventures such as mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, ATV tours and zip lining. Right at the Marina Village is a collection of retail stores from designer fashion to unique local crafts. You can enjoy a variety of dining options right at the Marina Village, without having to leave. The on-site restaurants have local and international cuisine and stunning ocean views. Try the Surfbox, Matias, Hazel's Steak & Seafood and Britt's Bakery for savory food.
