Hi everyone,

We are looking for your help in filling some vital roles up at camp. Please check out the job descriptions below and share with any friends, family, colleagues, etc. who think may be interested.

All interested parties should reach out to our Executive Director via email at [email protected] with a resume and contact information, please.

HEAD COOK:
Oversees the safe and effective operation of the camp kitchen. Plans a food menu for the summer and completes food orders. Accommodate for a variety of allergies and dietary restrictions. Coordinates the kitchen team to prepare 3 meals a day for 100 people. Provides guidance and feedback to kitchen staff. Active member of the leadership team.

ASSISTANT COOK:
Support the head cook in planning and preparation of camp meals. Contributes to the safe and effective operation of the camp kitchen.

OFFICE MANAGER:
Oversees and attends to the administrative tasks of camp such as financial tracking and staff payroll management. Drives the camp vehicle.

All positions have an immediate start date. Salaries are determined by prior experience and available start date. Room & board is included for all positions up at camp.

Awesome work by amazing volunteers means Misquah is getting ready for camp. Thank you to everyone who helped.

One of the construction projects included a new garage.

MP Sophie Chatel and Gracefield mayor Mathieu Caron also visited to tour the camp. They announced a $25k New Horizons grant to help build a seniors cabin and support for two staff positions from Canada Summer Jobs. Much appreciated.

Please know we are doing everything we can to fill the necessary jobs needed to run camp and make it a fun and safe experience for all!

Due to the overwhelming response to our staffing problems, the amazing Misquah community and those outside our community banded together to help us find enough staff to support our current roster of registrants.
