Like the saying goes; location, location, LOCATION...AND in this case, an amazing cottage as well! Plan your summer staycation with us at famous Grand Beach.
This beautiful 4 season cottage is located RIGHT IN Grand Beach Provincial Park, literally less than a 1 minute walk from the powdery white sand, boardwalk and sand dunes of this world famous beach. Check out our map in the photos to see the exact location.
In your home away from home you will find 3 bedrooms; two queens and one with bunks. Amenities include satellite TV, DVD player with tons of movies and also WIFI. The open floorplan offers a large sofa, loveseat and leather chair, open to the fully equipped kitchen which features every possible gadget and small appliance you may need as well as pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Full bathroom with tub and shower.
This cottage is unique in that it is situated on a double lot with no cottage behind it and no cottages across the street. And because it is on a dead end street there is limited traffic.
Enjoy relaxing summer evenings beside a roaring fire or hikes on the many trails throughout the park. BBQ, outdoor dining table, chairs and umbrella are also provided. Outdoor hot and cold water is great for rinsing off after a sandy day at the beach.
This is a non-smoking cottage which we limit to a maximum of 6 people. It is also not a 'party cottage' and we hope you treat our home as your home. Fully sanitized between renters.
RATES
Full week rentals ($1800); typically Sunday to Sunday.
Partial week rentals occasionally available: $300/night weekday and $350/night weekend. Please inquire
NO additional cleaning or services fees. Refundable damage deposit required.
