There are stairs down to the private sandy beach from the bluff (approximately 100 steps with landings to enjoy the view.) The water is shallow with sand bar 3 – 5 ft from shore. You may want to bring water shoes as each year the beach is different. The large kitchen includes stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, and toaster. Kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans and dishes. The dining room table is able to seat 10 people, and there is an island with 4 bar stools for casual eating as well. Dining room has large desk and internet for those who need to still be connected while away from home. There are two full bathrooms. Master Bathroom has full shower and whirlpool bath bathtub. Second bathroom has full shower and full size washer and dryer. The cottage has a master bedroom with a queen size bed and 3 additioinal bedrooms with double beds. There is a sunroom with a pull out sofa for additional sleepers. Maximum of 10 people including guests and children. The living room has a 42 inch television with a DVD player. There are family board games to enjoy while you are vacationing. Multiple golf courses within a 20 minute radius of the cottage. Summer theatre is nearby in Blyth, Grand Bend, Goderich and Stratford as well as a drive in theatre located in Shipka
