Taylor’s Grand Bend Cottage for Rent

4 bedroom fully equipped and furnished home in Grand Bend Ontario, available for rent Nestled amongst the tall oaks and pines in Grand Bend Ontario renowned Southcott Pines . We rent by the week only, Friday to Friday in July and August. Minimum 2 night stay the rest of the year. Easy access to the beach, main street and other local attractions.

In the summer you will love the private sandy beach, Sun Beach, of Southcott Pines. You can enjoy a long walk among the winding roads and trails or spend a day at one of the local area attractions such as, Pinery Park (ski, snowshoe, paddle board, canoe or walk the many trails) Museums, golfing, live theatre, drive in theatre, motorplex, parasailing, jet ski, charter a fishing boat, art galleries, flee market, or book a tour of the local wineries, breweries and distilleries. just to name a few . At the end of your day enjoy a crackling fire in the fire pit, 2 sided wood burning fireplace or simply flip the switch for the gas fireplace.

Our air conditioned home offers approximately 2800'sq of finished living space. The Upper level has 3 spacious bedrooms with double closets - 1 king, 1 queen and 3 singles. From the eat in kitchen, on the adjoining 10 x 20 deck, you can grill those juicy steaks to perfection on the propane bbq (provided) . Gorgeous hardwood floors grace most of the main living and bedroom areas.

There is a full walk out in the lower area with large picture windows. The family room has a 55" Smart TV with Netflix, cable, USB and HDMI cables for remote connections and VCR/DVD. There is also a games room with games, puzzles, foosball and a 4th bedroom with a queen on this level. Fabulous views of the mature trees from all rooms in the house. Enjoy the peace and tranquility offered in this private setting.
