This fabulous five bedroom home is located in beautiful Southcott Pines and just a 7 minute walk to the great beaches of Grand Bend on Lake Huron. This spacious raised ranch offers two finished levels with lots of room for large families and a walk out to the back yard for bon fires and a covered patio. Grand Bend Getaway is close to downtown, shopping and many great golf courses in the area. This

fabulous home offers everything you need for a wonderful vacation. You have access to private beaches. Just a short walk to one part of the beach, via the footpath at Spruce Lane, a 7 minute walk from the cottage. Or you can drive to Sun Beach and park in the designated area, off of Shoreline Drive. A pass is required which we provide and you are asked to leave the pass in the cottage when your vacation is over.

We have been busy this winter updating the lower level of the cottage. We replaced flooring with all new doors and trim. Fresh paint on walls and cabinetry finish off the refresh. Check out the updated photos with the bar area showing the biggest before and after!

A big thank you to our winter guest for her understanding who allowed us to complete the work during her long term stay.

Thanks to Norm Ackland Painting and DK Dimensions out of Windsor for the flooring, doors and trim, Progressive Countertops from Strathroy and Jayden Mechanical for the electrical updates to lighting and heating. We are very happy with the final product and highly recommend all of their work!

We have one weekend left, the last weekend of September or weekdays in June or September available otherwise all other times are booked. Reach out today to book before your dates are gone. 🙂
