As the sun sets on another season, all of us at Huron Shores Cottages would like to thank all of our guests that spent their summer vacation with us. Roughly 80% of our guests are return guests and for that we are truly appreciative.

A special thank you to Christine, our cleaner extraordinaire, for keeping the cottages cleaned on a weekly basis so our guests enjoy a home away from home. Thank you to Lucas for taking care of the grounds and keeping the grass neat and tidy.

Finally, a huge thank you to Susan who is the glue that holds everything together. Without her, things would not be possible.

We've made a few changes in 2024 to make your stay more enjoyable and plan to make a few more changes to help you enjoy your stay in 2025.

We are already over 50% booked for 2025 and anticipate being full for the season before too long.

As the sun sets on another amazing cottage season, we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our guests, both returning and new, for making the summer of 2023 a fabulous season. We are honoured that you chose Shades of Blue and Sandpiper cottages to spend your summer vacation on the shores of Lake Huron with your family and friends. We hope you made memories that you will cherish for a lifetime. Many of you have already booked for 2024 and we are looking forward to your return.

A special thank you to Christine, our cleaner this season, for her professionalism and ensuring the cottages were pristine when guests arrived.

Thank you to Lucas for making sure the grass was cut each week and to , Grand Bend Sanitation for your services this year.

A very special thank to Nancy at Exeter Cleaning Centre for ensuring that all bedding was professionally cleaned and sanitized each week. You are a gem.

Last but not least, to Susan and Mark for keeping things organized and managed to ensure that guests had the best experience possible from booking their vacation to enjoying their actual stay.
