📢The Provincial Government has officially launched a new Business Navigator initiative, to help make it easier to navigate policies and processes for small businesses operating in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Business Navigators will provide one-on-one, personalized service for inquiries relating to establishing and/or operating businesses, including the following:

✅ Provincial government regulations and programming
✅ Required licenses and permits and inspection requirements
✅ Taxes, funding, financing, staffing, immigration, etc.
✅ Facilitating links with industry leaders such as boards of trade and chambers of commerce
✅ Finding and accessing business resources.

Registration is now open for Financial Training happening on January 23, 2024 at the Corduroy Brook Nature Trail Centre in Grand Falls-Windsor. While there is no specific deadline (operators can add Travel Offers at any time of year), it is recommended that you add Travel Offers by January 20th to take advantage of the province's national advertising campaign.

Research shows that visitors to Atlantic Canada are likely to visit more than one of the four provinces during their stay. ACAT formed two airline partnerships in the Germany market to bring visitors to the region. One with Condor and travel trade partner CANUSA, and a second with Discover Airlines with campaigns to promote flights from their Frankfurt to Halifax routes, which ran May to October.
