Update to this post: THANK YOU all for your kind words and understanding! There are still many kind people in the world and we appreciate all of you!

Service Announcement:

We have had many cancelled tours due to weather in the last few weeks. We have had harassing phone calls, harassing visits to our vessel, completely negative emails and we have even overheard some displeasure trashing our company in public places over our safety WEATHER CALLS!

Just because fisherman are out lobster fishing does not mean that it is safe for us to take a load of passengers. It is a completely different ball game. Fisherman are rugged are adapted to the environment in which they work. Do not compare us. It is NOT the same. If we took you out in poor weather, we would receive the same displeasure about how unsafe you felt or how sick you were.

We want to be taking you out there on your tour! We are extremely sad when we cannot explore the ocean with all of you like we had planned. We aim to please and we attempt with every effort to accommodate and reschedule when we can.

Due to the unkindness in the world, I will be strictly following our laid out policies going forward.

POLICY:

The NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE is simply that.
We do not charge the ticket price if tours are cancelled.

If you do not show up to your tour, you will be charged FULL ticket price.

Remember, we are taking you offshore... the seas are not always calm. If you wish to argue our weather calls, or send harassing emails and phone calls they will simply go unanswered.

To those of you who have been extremely kind, supportive, and caring to us during these very difficult moments. Ive seen you, heard you, and I APPRECIATE YOU.

We have many patrons who are extremely disappointed and we do understand everyone’s frustrations. We too wish for great weather to get you out there for a wonderful experience. We value everyone’s safety and enjoyment of the trip and only make cancellations when required.
