BREAKING!! Viswashkumar Ramesh, a British national, is the sole survivor of Air India Flight 171.

He recalled, “After 30 seconds of takeoff, a loud noise followed, and the plane crashed. It was a sudden event. When I woke up, I found bodies all around me...

This is the first time in history that a B-787 Dreamliner plane has crashed.

It is considered to be one of the safest aircrafts. Absolutely Shocking...

They can deny your visa for anything.

But never let it be because of Oluwole/Dagbo documents. Here is why...

The only reason why I was still able to get my visa after 7 refusals was because everything was solid. My school results, everything was verifiable. They just had other reasons. and that is okay, things happen.

But if you use Dagbo and they hammer you, it becomes difficult for you to get a visa in that country and other countries because they share information with each other. With AI now, it will even be easier to share information.

I believe that is why they ask you that tricky question in your application.

Have you been denied somewhere else before?

They want you to fall for the trap😂

This is why I don't like people who tell you to bring your passport and money. Because you don't know what they are going to put in your application, which may hinder your future chances.

There was a lady who applied for a student visa to travel, they husband applied as a dependant. They gave the lady and denied the husband, because the husband had given his passport to agents in the past and they used dagbo and he did not know.

So please, know everything you put in your application if they deny you today, that's okay.

They have denied plenty people, most people won't say it. They denied my parents too before giving them.

You can still apply later. Be determined but not desperate.

I wish you the best.

if i send out job applications to 5 places, i always get at least 3 interview invitations
I kid you not

And this is what works for me
I am sure it will work for you too

1. I am an early bird: What this means is, i apply for the job as soon as the vacancy is made public,
Vacancies travel far and wide, the moment they hit the internet
to ensure your application lands in the mail of the recruiter within 1-3 hrs you have to treat your job search like a job too.

Here is what i do
I go to sites like LinkedIn, and use the advance search method
I go to the search bar and type, Human Resources Manager and Abuja
Then proceed to choose the "Posts" options
then proceed to choose posts made within 24hrs

This advanced search brings out all the posts people have made on LinkedIn that carried Human Resources and Abuja Keyword
Then i go through them
The ones that were made less than 1hr ago, i apply for them.

You can use this method with the Jobs feature, look out for posts that were made 24hrs hours ago, this could also help
But i always prefer the Posts because i know from experience as recruiter, not all all jobs makes it to the Job board.

2. I am always intentional with my application: I do not apply for any HR role i find because i am HR. I look out for the ones where my strength lies, and i have at least 80 percent chance.
I ensure every qualification and key word matches my CV

3. I use a concise and tailored cv: I have 3 CVs, carefully and professionally written(I mean ,this is what i do)
I have one for HR Management Roles
I have one for HR/Admin Management roles(Because i also have Admin experience)
I have one for strictly Recruiter roles( on this cv, i highlighted all the company i have recruited for ,the roles and my achievements in filling these roles)

So each CV is tailored to fit each requirements

These 3 steps are my hack in scoring back to back interviews

I hope it works for you too.

under employment. As much as these changes are uncomfortable and somewhat disappointing, there are also new opportunities opening up for anyone ready to make strategic decisions to give themselves an advantage.Recently, some jobs were added to the list of eligible jobs for Express entry occupations in Canada. Mechanical engineering graduates and mechanical engineering technicians can now use the occupation for EE. Insurance reps and brokers are also now eligible for this option and there is no better time to join a company who are willing to train you, pay for 90% of your licensing fees as long as you’re ready to work with them.As your sure plug, I did my research and discovered there are several companies with this same opportunity, but not all can afford to pay for your registration. As an employee withthe Job NOC code 63100, you are eligible to apply for Express entry while also running the insurance business like a boss. See, even the business founders don’tt even know that this can benefit temporarily immigrants in more ways thann just the earnings and compensation .You can dm for more details on the other benefits in this sector, but just know that whatever could make me quit my care job to focus on this business must be interesting.Like I said, I won’t say much here. Let me know in the comment if you want to know more📌

VISA DENIAL REMINDS NIGERIA ARMY CHIEFS TO FIX NIGERIA.

In an outburst by the National security adviser to the president, Dr. Nuhu Ribadu in a furious voice said “They can go to hell”. Ribadu slammed the Canadian embassy for denying Nigeria’s defence chief a visit visa.

Speaking in Abuja at the maiden annual lecture of the National Association of the Institute for Security Studies (AANISS), Mr Ribadu said Canada “can go to hell.”

The NSA was reacting to comments earlier made by the CDS, who narrated how he and other top military officers were supposed to be in Canada for an official assignment on Wednesday, but were denied visas.

Mr Musa said the Canada event is about honouring war veterans. He, however, noted that the denial is a clear reminder that Nigeria must “stand on its own, stand strong as a nation and should no longer be taken for granted

“Every disappointment is a blessing. Yesterday, I was meant to be in Canada. There’s an event to honour our veterans, those that were injured during battles, and we were meant to be there,” Mr Musa said.

“We were invited with our team. Half has gone and half has been denied. It’s very disappointing,” he added.

Mr Ribadu who could not hide his displeasure after taking the microphone, commended the CDS for speaking about the incident.

“Thank you for the courage to say Canada denied you visas. They can go to hell,” the NSA said.

“Even though it’s painful, it’s disrespectful, but we are peaceful and strong and I agree with you that it is time to fix our country
