🌟 Holiday Grooming Update 🌟

Our grooming salon is now fully booked until the new year! We’re incredibly grateful for your support during this busy season.

However, we do have a cancelation list going, so if you’d like to be notified of any openings, feel free to reach out! We’re also still offering nail trims and other quick services for your pets.

Please note, we’re currently running with a smaller team as one of our groomers is caring for her daughter, who is in the hospital. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

As the holiday season approaches, we want to inform you that our availability is limited. We will not be accepting any new clients until the new year. That being said, we regret to inform you that we are no longer accepting any NEW large breed clients at our salon. While we cherish all our furry clients, grooming large breeds can be physically demanding, and we want to ensure the longevity and well-being of our staff. Thank you for your understanding as we prioritize maintaining a safe and sustainable environment for our team and your pets. 🐶🐱

Additionally, please note that there will be a price increase on all services affective January 6th, to align with current economic conditions. We sincerely appreciate your continued support. ❤️

We are excited to announce that pet and family portraits are now available at our salon! To ensure we capture the perfect photos, we recommend notifying us in advance if you’d like a pet portrait scheduled after your grooming appointment.

Additionally, family portrait sessions will be available for booking on select weekends. Please contact us online to check availability. We look forward to creating beautiful memories with you and your pets!

Just a friendly reminder about our upcoming photo session with THE EASTER BUNNY being held on Sunday March 24th from 10:00am-1:00pm.

Here are some important details:

PRICE: $40.00 (CASH ONLY)
INCLUDES: 3 digital files
TIME LIMIT: 5 minutes maximum

ENTRANCE:
Please enter through our BACK door and follow the indoor line leading to our set. You'll exit through the front door. Look out for signs on the windows and doors to guide you to the right location!

PARKING:
You can park either in the front or the back of the mall.

LOCATION:
5931 Old Hwy 69 N, Hanmer
Hiltop Plaza, Unit 1
We're inside the Town & Country Clips pet grooming salon.

📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - UPCOMING CHANGES‼️

Dear Valued Clients,

🐾 We want to keep you informed about some noteworthy updates at Town And Country Clips:

• Workload Transition: In light of medical considerations, our work capacity has transitioned to a lighter load since 2023. For canines requiring two handlers due to aggressiveness or obesity, we kindly recommend seeking alternative salons. While we will still accommodate current clients with large dog breeds, we regret to inform you that we are no longer accepting new large breeds (Doodles, King Shepherds, Mastiffs, Malamutes, etc.).

• Price Adjustment: To address inflation, prices will experience an adjustment starting Monday, January 8th, 2024. Here's a breakdown of what is changing and what remains the same:

• Prices NOT Changing:

• Nail trims (Charges for large breeds or felines displaying resistance may apply )

• Quick touch-up services

• Small & medium dogs with short, non-fancy shave downs

• Prices Subject to Increase:

• Doodles, Cocker/Spaniel breeds, Poodles, Double coated breeds.

• Dogs exhibiting behavioral issues and/or aggression

• Once-a-year cuts with severe matting or brush outs featuring packed undercoat

• Haircuts at half-inch length or longer, and/or fancy cuts

We genuinely appreciate your understanding during this challenging decision and want to assure you of our unwavering commitment to providing top-notch care for your beloved pets, despite the challenges posed by inflation.
