Close to Rockwater Resort, Pender Harbour, Grasshopper Pub, Sechelt, Garden Bay, Halfmoon, West Coast Wilderness Lodge, Thormanby Island, the Lighthouse Pub and many more local hot spots. Enjoy our seasonally heated saltwater swimming pool and our hot tub that looks out over the Malaspina Straight to Texada Island.

Had a wonderful stay at Burchill’s. The view was spectacular and ever changing throughout the whole stay!

It was warm but overcast - we were a bit disappointed about that initially, but it meant we got to make full use of the hot tub as well! The pool was the perfect temperature and looked right onto the water.

The cabin was comfy and had everything we needed for a getaway.

Sally and Dale were lovely hosts - very welcoming but gave us our privacy too.

The only downside were the mosquitoes, but that fits with the authentic rustic experience. Bring bug spray and anti itch cream!

Really enjoyed the whole experience and would like to be back! Feeling refreshed after this lovely reset from the city.

Reflection.

We said goodbye to our sweet Kitty yesterday morning. He was in one of his favourite chairs looking out at the ocean with his best friend, Blackie, close by. Kitty wandered onto our property 18 years ago and decided he liked it here! 10 years later Blackie showed up. 2 better friends would be hard to find. Kitty found the way to our hearts, as well as those of our guests and neighbours. A tough cat right to the bitter end. Oh, how we will miss him. 😿❤️
