Got to do the Cobequid Trail Run this year, it was a great walk and beautiful morning ☀️🚶🏼‍♀️ Picked up my medal after doing the 5k in an 1:00:01 (my fastest time since 2017) 🏅

Had a great day with a friend of mine at the end of July.. We ate lunch at Portland Street Creperie, went back in time to the 1940’s while exploring Memory Lane Heritage Village the cooled off with ice cream from Musquodoboit train station and got some vitamin sea at Martinique Beach

Great to see more university championships are coming to Halifax, hopefully I’ll be able to get to them

Been wanting to see puffins for a long time and thought going to Newfoundland would be the only way it would happen… Thankfully, you can see them off the coast of NS and after trying to go two years ago, my Nannie and I finally got on with Peggy's Cove Boat Tours to Pearl Island so we could check the birds out 🌊🛥️

Well this was a much better trip to Kejimkujik than the last time I went 17 years ago 🚘 I spent two nights at the park, doing some hiking, reading, watching movies and driving to different areas as the guided tours weren’t happening yet ⛺️☀️😍🌿🏞️

Stopped in at Wile Lake bakery to get some cookies on my way and had lunch at Bistro East after leaving the park
