Always bring a ziplock when packing! I keep everything in ziploc bags–from toothpaste to shampoo to sunblock–to prevent them from damaging my clothes or electronics. It’s a cheap and easy solution to make sure your face cream doesn’t stain your favorite jeans!

Do not drink the tap water! When travelling to certain places it is highly recommended not to drink the tap water as you can get very sick!

Travel Tip Thursday ✈

Make two photocopies of each ID that you bring. Keep the original documents in a safe box and go out only with photocopies. Once you arrive at your hotel put your passport in the safe and leave it there! Avoid loosing it at all costs.

Travel Tip Thursday ✈

Always leave a little extra room in your checked bag! Alot of people aren't aware when your travelling from a dry climate to a humid climate your luggage will be heavier on your return.

Don't forget to check your luggage for damages before leaving your luggage. Always take a pic when your loading it at the baggage drop therefore it is time and date stamped. If you have damages to report, it is much easier doing so when you have your time and date stamped pic!

Travel Tip Thursday✈

Packing cubes! Trying to keep a suitcase or backpack organized while you travel is a big headache, unless you use packing cubes. These little zippered bags allow you to keep your underwear separate from dress clothes, or dirty clothes from clean ones. I always use them and I personally like being able to organize my clothes therefore when I'm putting them away I know which one my dresses are in for example!

Hate paying $10 for a bottle of water at the airport? Bring your own reusable water bottle! I always bring mine and you can fill it up at the airport past security or you can have your flight attendant fill it for you once your on the plane.
