Year 22 here. For years, our cost to run this place has done nothing but continually increase and we have hesitated to increase the customer rates. We cannot absorb that anymore and we must make a slight increase in rates. Our costs are at the point were we have no choice. Insurance, propane, gas, wood, taxes, not just for one "house" but for 7.
