Come and relax in this charming 5 bedroom, 3 baths house overlooking Pleasant Bay. Within walking distance to North Beach Provincial Park and short drive to many wineries. This house offers you tranquility and lots of room for everyone to relax. It has a big dining room with a harvest table that comfortably seats 12. Off the dining room, you will find a plug in to hook your electronic device to listen to your favorite music on quality sound speakers. The water is from a well, although the water is potable, a water cooler is also provided. On the main level, you will find the kitchen (with washer and dryer), dining room, living room and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and an en-suite. One of the owners has a pure love for food. There is a fully furnished kitchen for the chef in you. If you want to bake or make a feast, you will find everything you need. The owners live in a secluded area on the property and are available to help you and provide more info about local events and activities. One of them speaks French and the other speaks German. Of course, they also speak English! The living room is very spacious and has a 50in HDTV with satellite cable, few DVD’s and VHS. It has a reclining leather couch, a wing back reclining chair and a table that seats 6. On the upper level, there is a loft area perfect to read a book, draw, play games, or simply take it easy. You decide! There are 4 other bedrooms, which one of them has a 3 piece en-suite bathroom. The main bathroom on the upper level has a full shower/tub combo. For your convenience, linens, towels, a few beach towels and some fire wood are provided. There are 2 outdoor fireplaces, one in the back yard and one in the front yard, perfect for watching the rising moon. Stargazing is spectacular, as there are no lights obstructing the beauty of the night sky. A spacious gazebo with a table that sits 6 is there for your enjoyment as well as a picnic table beside it.
