Walking distance to Walmart, Starbucks and restaurants such as Cactus Club, it's also 5 minutes drive from Orchard Mall. Enjoy festivals at City Park, Downtown area, golf courses, ski hills, orchards, several wineries and our Okanagan lake. Nicely furnished, bright and comfortable two level townhouse. Downstairs you

will find 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom , laundry room (with washer & dryer) and the patio. Upstairs you will find the dining and living rooms, full kitchen (with dishwasher) balcony, powder room and the main bedroom suite (with full bathroom and a soaker tub)
Oh, and an awesome window seat ! Great for relaxing, reading or sipping a glass of an Okanagan wine. We love our home and hope you do too! Walking range amenities:
Walmart, Cactus Club, Montana's, Joey's, Starbucks and Costco. Driving range amenities:
5 minutes drive to the Orchard Plaza Shopping Center, Scadia Mini Golf, GoCart and Arcade Games. 13 minutes drive to major beaches, airport and/or Downtown Kelowna
The property is located between the airport, university and downtown area hence in a quieter neighbourhood of Kelowna. (12 min cab ride)

Fall / Winter time? If you are planning to head to Big White you are already on the corner of the highway 33 and 35 minutes drive from the hill. Spring / Summer time? You are about 12 min drive to the main beaches and City Centre. We also have Several golf courses within a 20 minutes radius. Also, why not explore a couple of wineries and our beautiful orchards and locally grown fruits. FYI.... There are 120 wineries in the Okanagan area hence a popular tourist attraction and something to be proud of. We recommend booking wine tours so you don't need to be worry about drinking and driving. We also provide several complementary Okanagan guide books and other local information to help you to discover our beautiful region.

Casa del Lago: Located across from Hotel Eldorado, Manteo Resort and steps from the amazing Lake Okanagan in the heart of Lower Mission. Casa del Lago has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, two bathrooms plus a den with a double bed, suitable for up to 6 people.

Our condo is located at the well known and acclaimed luxury Playa del Sol Resort in front off the Okanagan lake. Enjoy the facilities such as outdoor pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, games and entertainment rooms, courtyards and secured underground parking. (Underground parking clearance is 6′ 11″) Come experience Kelowna’s natural beauty, enjoy the beach and the all the amazing things the Missions neighbourhood has to offer. If you have a boat …. Great ! there’s a boat launch across the resort but if you don’t perhaps you may consider renting one or just getting a rental SUP (Standup paddle board) to cruise the Okanagan lake.
