Vacations Kelowna is hiring for our upcoming Summer Season!
Rate per hour - starting at $23 per hour plus bonuses structure.
Flexible Schedules available (early/late start, split shifts, averaging options).
Otherwise typical scheduling hours are 9am-5pm.
Some weekends and holidays may be required due to the nature of the business.
Looking to fill 5-7 positions that are seasonal full time. These will start at the tail end of April and will go until the end of August 2023.
Successful Candidate will be stationed between the Borgata Lodge and Pinnacle Pointe buildings in the Quail Ridge area of Kelowna, along the scenic Okanagan Golf Club.
Housekeeping would be a mix of short term turnovers and Long Term move out cleans (on occasion). Unit types vary from Studios to 3 Bedroom condos.
Candidates may be scheduled alone or with teammates depending on the unit size and timeline the unit is required.
Qualifications
- Able to work independently as well as with others
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Able to lift up to ~50 pounds, bend, stretch, and endure repetitive movements.
- Must follow proper lifting, motion and product usage training for safety and efficiency.
- Able to travel to and from work (the nearest bus route #13 is paused in the Summer, closest is at UBCO ~ 20 min walk).
- Must be bondable.
- Experience an asset but not required.
