✨Don’t make these mistakes next time you visit Walt Disney World✨
1: ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS plan rest days! A lot of people don’t realize how big Disney property is and how long it’ll actually take to complete everything on your list. Taking rest days are key to having a more enjoyable vacation.
2: Even though park reservations are now a thing of the past, it’s still a good idea to have a game plan going into your vacation. What park are you going to hit first? Are you going to rope drop, close down the park or both? Are you going to take a mid day break for a nap or a resort swim? These are all things to think about prior to your time, but also keep in mind your plans can change quite quickly based on weather and other factors.
3: Don’t plan to visit any of the parks on your arrival day! This could be a bit controversial for some, but I always recommend taking the day to get settled in at your resort, enjoy the pool, see what’s around with the food areas, bars and gift shops. Check out how the transportation centres work so you’re prepared and if you’re feeling up to going somewhere, go check out Disney Springs! Arrival day can be super stressful with flight delays, and transportation delays, there’s no sense in starting off your magical vacation full of stress!
