We have high-speed wifi. Signal strength is very good from the house to the water.

Our TV uses a Roku streaming device. With it you can access your own Netflix, Spotify, Amazon, YouTube, and Disney accounts along with other streaming apps. This can be setup using the remote, or if you’re tech-savy you can download the Roku app onto your phone which allows for quicker logins and you can control the Roku with your phone like a remote. In the TV stand, you’ll find some board

games and cards. We also have a foosball table, horseshoes, washers, bocce ball and some fun oversized games like connect four, funnel pong and Jenga . Please enjoy the larger games on the ground/floor to prevent damaging table tops. Heat & A/C
We have a Furnace and A/C unit, It’s controlled by a Nest thermostat. The cottage is heated with propane or woodstove. Kitchen
Our kitchen is fully stocked with plates, pots/pans, cloths and utensils. We keep the upper cupboard to the right of the stove empty for whatever you choose to bring up to the cottage. We also keep sugar, tea bags, coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and soap. Bathrooms
There is a powder room attached to the main living space, the main bathroom is down the hall. The main bathroom vanity has an open shelf at the bottom where we keep bath towels for your stay. Outside
Outside on our deck is a hot tub, BBQ, and a wonderful spot to have dinner. The BBQ has two propane tanks to make sure that you’ll have all you need. Children must be supervised at all times, and children under 12 are not recommended to use the hot tub. At the back side of the house, you’ll find an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. It can be used from May 24 weekend until Thanksgiving, weather permitting. Heading toward the water, you’ll find our dock, hammock, water toys and fire pit. We keep the kayaks and canoe on a stand near the fire pit, and the paddle boat is kept near the hammock between the trees. The fire pit, down by the water's edge, gets the best view of our sunset. We keep a blue woodbin filled with paper and kindling to help start a fire. Woodstove
We have a wood stove that will heat the entire cottage. Garbage and Recycling
We are lucky, despite how remote the cottage is, to have curbside pick-up. Included Items
Just a quick summary of the things that we provide (within reason):
● Fitted sheets for all the beds
● Kitchen cloths, towels, scrub brush, dishwasher pods
● Tea, coffee, sugar, and cooking oil
● Coffee maker and kettle
● Paper towel, toilet paper, dish and hand soap
● Garbage bags
● Fire wood, axe, and hatchet
● Kayaks, canoe, paddle boat,
● Life Jackets Infant to adult (inside banquette)
● Pots, pans, utensils, plates etc.
● BBQ with propane
● High chair (inside the banquette)
● Balls (inside the banquette)

This fully updated cottage, is newly renovated, and sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms, on buckhorn lake!
Large Deck with outdoor dining and hot tub over looking Gannon’s Bay.
Bring your gear for fantastic fishing right off the dock!
