TRK Helicopters is currently looking to fill the position of Director of Maintenance.

This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and the job location is at our head office in Langley, BC. It also requires a full time availability (Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm) and can include over time during the busy wildfire suppression season.

A brief description of the job duties associated to this position include (but are not limited to):

- Planning and scheduling maintenance activities for TRK’s fleet of 14 aircraft, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Managing maintenance budgets and resources to meet organizational goals and objectives.
- Supervising maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all maintenance activities.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as operations and accounting, to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
- Evaluating equipment performance and reliability and recommending improvements or replacements as needed.
- Implementing maintenance management and inventory systems to streamline processes and improve tracking and reporting.
- Participating in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the TRK’s overall objectives.

For this role, we’re seeking candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. Compensation will be determined based on your previous experience, current skill set, and demonstrated performance.

TRK Helicopters is currently hiring for the position of Aviation Stores Person!

An Aviation Store Person plays an important role as “gatekeeper” to all helicopter parts going in and out of inventory (“stores”).

This position reports directly to the Director of Maintenance and the job location is at our head office in Langley, BC. It also requires a full time availability (Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm) and can include over time during the busy wildfire suppression season.

A brief description of the job duties associated to this position include:

• Receiving and inspecting incoming inventory parts.

• Storing inventory items in the appropriate location & ensuring they are easily accessible and well-organized.

• Issuing aircraft inventory items to maintenance personnel, tracking inventory levels and ensuring adequate supplies are available.

• Recording inventory transactions in a computer system (must be familiar with purchase order processes).

• Conducting regular inventory audits.

• Coordinating with our suppliers to order parts and equipment and facilitate delivery or local pick up.

*This position requires a valid driver’s license

This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in learning about rotary wing (helicopters) aviation and the associated maintenance.

Although preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in aviation or parts ordering, we are prepared train and support the right candidate.

We are currently hiring full-time Licensed Rotary Wing Aircraft Maintenance Engineers - Cat "M"

The AMEs of TRK Aviation are responsible for all maintenance carried out on TRK Helicopters’ diverse fleet of 14 aircraft which currently consists of AS350, Bell 206, 205, 212 and 412 series.

This position reports directly to the Director of Maintenance located at our head office in Langley, (BC) however the position itself will consist of travel throughout Western Canada during the busy wildfire suppression season (two weeks on and two weeks off schedule).

If you are located outside of the Greater Vancouver area or are currently residing in Alberta, there are also opportunities for more flexible contract options via our alternate locations in Merritt (BC), High Level (AB), Lac La Biche (AB) and Manning (AB).

This position offers an industry leading pay rate in addition to revenue flight pay and per diem allowance.
