Due to the heavy snow, we will be allowing property access for checks and snow removal. Please notify us in advance of your visit so we can track who is on the property. If we winterized your unit, please do not access it as this will void the winterizing warranty coverage. As part of our winterizing service, we have secured the doors using the manufacturer door clips to prevent storm door, door frame, and exterior light damage that can occur when doors do not latch properly; this is caused by snow, ice and shifting due to frost in the ground. Please remember that the property has not been plowed, so you will need to come prepared to park and walk to your unit. A reminder that the office is closed through the off season.

Due to today’s heavy snowfall in Lindsay and the upcoming weather forecast, we’ve made the difficult decision to postpone our winter open house.The safety of our owners and guests is our top priority, we appreciate your understanding.
