I am a Chartered Professional Accountant and have been a full time, professional REALTOR® since 1988, working primarily in Durham on both residential and commercial real estate transactions. I am a member of the Kawartha Lakes Real Estate Association (KLREA), The Durham Association of Realtors and the Canadian Commercial Council (CCC). I have been a member of the Board of Directors of the KLREA and have served as chair of some of their committees. My past career includes senior financial positions with a publicly traded international investment holding company and I was President of a small mineral resource company listed on The Toronto Stock Exchange. I have served as a Chapter, District and National President of a small registered charity, with Chapters in Alberta, Quebec and Ontario and currently I am the Executive Officer of the Lindsay Power and Sail Squadron, operating as the Kawartha Lakes Boating Association. I take pride in serving people in a professional manner and bring expertise, experience, dedication and strong negotiating skills to every real estate transaction. I am results oriented and have built a solid reputation by helping both homebuyers and homesellers.
