My dinner for tonight.
Fire-Roasted Tomato and Herbed Ricotta Flatbread

If there’s an option for pizza, I will most definitely choose it, because I love how Disney makes their gluten/wheat free dough. It’s crispy and light. It is tasty. AND I actually feel like I don’t have this allergy when I eat this as it really tastes like it’s not gluten free and if you’re one who eats gluten free pizzas regularly….You know what I mean.
AND the portion is so big for the cost, that I have enough for a second meal.
I definitely recommend it 💕
